Royals' Escobar leaves game vs. White Sox with apparent leg injury

The Kansas City Royals lost their starting shortstop to an apparent leg injury Friday night vs. the Chicago White Sox.
Alcides Escobar is coming out after his eighth-inning double. Pedro Ciriaco will replace him.

Escobar pulled up after rounding first base favoring his left leg, but did leave under his own power.
The 27-year-old boasts a .286 batting average and 17 steals through 66 games.
