The Houston Astros confirmed the call up of outfielder Domingo Santana from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Tuesday.
Santana, 21, is the final piece of the 2011 trade that sent Hunter Pence to the Philadelphia Phillies to reach the majors.
The Astros also called up infielder Enrique 'Kiké' Hernandez and left-handed pitcher Kevin Chapman.
In a corresponding move, the Astros placed outfielder Dexter Fowler on the disabled list with a right intercostal strain, retroactive to June 27.
