GIF: Angels' Collin Cowgill bloodied after failed bunt attempt results in ball to face

One night after Henderson Alvarez was heralded for failed bunt of the year, Los Angeles Angels outfielder Collin Cowgill decided to give him a run for his money.

Cowgill squared up to bunt in Saturday's contest with the Texas Rangers and took a pitch directly in the nose.

Cowgill was bloodied on the play, and was replaced by Efren Navarro.
