After being pulled in the fourth inning of Saturday night's game with apparent leg cramps, Rockies shortstop Troy Tulowitzki said the injury was "nothing serious." He'd come up hobbling halfway down the first-base line while trying to run out a ground ball.

Tulowitzki, who's in the midst of his finest major league campaign, has a checkered injury history, having cracked the 150-game mark just twice in seven full MLB seasons. His clean bill of health in 2014 (he's played in 91 of the Rockies' 97 games) has been a welcome surprise, and has him leading the majors in wins above replacement (5.7). The Rockies obviously hope his self-diagnosis is spot-on.

"We'll see how I wake up," Tulowitzki said after the game. "The good news is I don't think I tore anything or did anything to where I'm going to miss an extended period of time."

Tulowitzki will sit out the Rockies' series finale against the Pittsburgh Pirates on Sunday and see how the leg responds to rest.

He currently leads the majors in batting average (.342), on-base percentage (.432), slugging percentage (.603), and runs scored (71).
