Athletics activate Josh Reddick

Oakland Athletics outfielder Josh Reddick (knee) has officially been activated from the DL.

Analysis:

As expected, Reddick will be activated in advance of Tuesday night's game versus the Astros. He's expected to wear a knee brace for the remainder of the season, but it did not affect his performance while on rehab at Triple-A Sacramento. In a corresponding move, the A's optioned Andy Parrino to Sacramento on Monday.
