The Washington Nationals will be without third baseman Ryan Zimmerman for at least two weeks, as the 29-year-old was placed on the disabled list after suffering a right hamstring strain during Tuesday night's game, according to Adam Kilgore of the Washington Post.
Zach Walters's name is on the card. Ryan Zimmerman headed to the DL. Real question is how long.

Zimmerman underwent an MRI on Wednesday morning after hobbling off the field during the sixth inning of Tuesday's clash with the Colorado Rockies. The former All-Star strained his hamstring while attempting to beat out a double-play ball and crumbled to the ground immediately after making contact with first base.
