Cincinnati Reds starter Homer Bailey narrowly avoided a serious injury when a line drive off the bat of José Ramírez nearly struck him in the face on Thursday.
Unfortunately, Todd Frazier was so overwhelmed by the incident that he couldn't handle the throw from Bailey, who managed to knock the ball down and calmly fire it over to first base.
