The Los Angeles Dodgers made a predictable roster move prior to Friday's clash with the Milwaukee Brewers.
The Dodgers today placed RHP Josh Beckett on the 15-day disabled list with a left hip impingement and activated RHP Roberto Hernandez.

Beckett is dealing with left hip impingement, an ailment that could end his season (see stack below).
This is Josh Beckett's 18th DL stint in his 14-year career. This DL (left hip) allows #Dodgers to activate newly acquired Roberto Hernandez.

It's also reportedly not the only injury Beckett is dealing with.
Beckett also has a groin strain.

The righty is 6-6 with a 2.88 ERA through 20 starts and would be a huge loss for the National League West-leading Dodgers down the stretch.
