Minnesota Twins left-hander Tommy Milone will not make his scheduled start on Monday when the team opens up a three-game series with the Detroit Tigers.
Milone has been scratched from Monday tentative start. TBD

Milone, who hasn't pitched since Sept. 2 due to soreness in his neck and shoulder, has struggled since being acquired from the Oakland Athletics. In five starts, the 27-year-old is 0-1 with a 7.40 ERA and 2.27 WHIP in 20 2/3 innings.
“I bet it’s more disappointing for him than anybody else,” Twins manager Ron Gardenhire told Berardino. “We’ll leave it at that. We can only try to write his name in there. If he can’t go to the post, I’m sure it’s very disappointing for him because he’s had a rough time over here. He would like to pitch, and we would like to see him pitch. But injuries are part of the game, and he’s not going to be able to make it out there.”
