Dodgers' Kemp says he's fine after fouling pitch off foot; removed for precautionary reasons

Los Angeles Dodgers fans concerned about a possible foot injury sustained by outfielder Matt Kemp in the team's 17-0 rout of the San Francisco Giants on Saturday night can breathe easy.
Matt Kemp says he's fine. Mattingly said he took Kemp out for precautionary reasons.

Kemp was replaced by Joc Pederson in the fifth inning after fouling a pitch off his left foot and with the game well in hand, manager Don Mattingly had no reason to push him.
The slugger is batting .284 with 19 home runs and 72 RBIs.
