Braves' Gattis to miss 7th straight game Monday with strep throat

The reeling Atlanta Braves will once again take the field without Evan Gattis, as the catcher is set to miss his seventh straight game with strep throat.
Gattis said his condition had improved prior to Saturday's game but there are concerns as to why his body has yet to be able to completely shake the illness.

Atlanta has dropped six of its last seven games without the 28-year-old in the lineup and have fallen four games back of the second wild card.
