Royals open as World Series favorites

The Kansas City Royals' undefeated run in the postseason has them listed as the early favorites to win their second title in franchise history.
Bovada released its opening lines for this year's World Series and gave the Royals 5/6 odds of defeating the San Francisco Giants. The National League champs were listed at an even 1/1.
