The Atlanta Braves appear to be seeking a replacement for setup man Jordan Walden, who they traded to the St. Louis Cardinals early in the offseason along with Jason Heyward.

The New York Yankees are also rumored to be interested in the veteran reliever, who posted a 3.48 ERA and 11 holds after being acquired by the Los Angeles Angels from the Pittsburgh Pirates last season.

Grilli, 38, would likely only command a one- or two-year deal and is a proven high-leverage arm.
