Rusney Castillo will return to Boston for further testing after the Red Sox outfielder jammed his shoulder while making a catch Saturday for Triple-A Pawtucket.
Castillo, who started the season in the minors due to an oblique injury that sidelined him for most of the spring, was not in Pawtucket's lineup Sunday, according to Pete Abraham of the Boston Globe.
The 27-year-old Cuban was off to a great start prior to suffering the shoulder injury, posting a .417/.462/.500 slash line through three games.
