Nationals' Rendon scratched from rehab game with fatigue

Washington Nationals infielder Anthony Rendon was scratched from his rehab assignment Monday with fatigue.
Rendon was given the game off as a precaution after playing both Friday and Saturday.
The 24-year-old has yet to appear in a major league game this season after suffering a sprained MCL in early March while making a diving play during spring training.
Having played almost exclusively at third base last season, Rendon was penciled in at second base on Monday and the team expects him to play both positions this year.
Rendon enjoyed a breakout season in 2014, hitting .287/.351/.473 with 21 home runs and 83 RBIs in 153 games.
