Cubs' Bryant signs ball for Brewers bullpen catcher who caught his 1st home run
Chicago Cubs rookie Kris Bryant made sure to show his appreciation for the man who caught and returned his first career home-run ball.
The 23-year-old phenom's three-run shot into the Milwaukee Brewers' bullpen Saturday was retrieved by the team's bullpen catcher, Marcus Hanel.
Hanel made sure the ball was returned to Bryant, and the Cubs third baseman handed over a signed ball in appreciation of the gesture.

"We're all family, and that's a cherished moment," Hanel told Adam McCalvy of MLB.com. "I'm not going to hold ransom for that. I mean, yeah, I wish I was a fan, because that thing would have been cool. But that's a moment for him and for baseball. You give those things back."
