Red Sox's Victorino late scratch from lineup Thursday vs. Rangers
Kim Klement / USA TODAY Sports
Boston Red Sox outfielder Shane Victorino was scratched from Thursday's lineup against the Texas Rangers, Scott Lauber of the Boston Herald reports.
Analysis:
Victorino was held out of the lineup Wednesday as well, though he appeared as a pinch hitter and went 2-for-2. No reason was given for the lineup change, though some sort of update will likely become available lately on. Daniel Nava will draw the start in right field instead.
