Either way, San Diego Padres outfielder Justin Upton was tossed in the 8th inning after running his mouth to home plate umpire Clint Fagan.
Upton was punched out looking by Los Angeles Dodgers starter Mike Bolsinger, but it wasn't until after he returned to the dugout that he had some words to dish out.
