Royals dominating latest AL All-Star voting numbers

Kansas City fans sure love their Royals.
Major League Baseball has released its third ballot update for July's All-Star Game on Monday, and seven Royals players are now poised to represent the American League squad.
The Royals had five players in starting positions for the Midsummer Classic a week ago, and now Omar Infante and Alex Rios have increased their vote totals to garner consideration for the squad. Eric Hosmer, Mike Moustakas, Salvador Perez, Lorenzo Cain, Alcides Escobar, and Kendrys Morales are the top vote-getters in their respective positions.

There's still five weeks to vote, so fans of other AL squads still have time to balance out the roster.
