The Cleveland Indians selected high school right-hander Triston McKenzie with the 42nd pick of the 2015 MLB Draft.
The only thing not to like about McKenzie is that he's committed to Vanderbilt, the best baseball program in the nation. It'll be tough for the Indians to pry him away from that commitment, but if they can, the club is in for a nice surprise.
At 6-foot-5, 160-pounds, McKenzie whips the ball to the plate with some authority. He'll need to add some muscle to his build, which he'll likely do at the college level, given he projects to throw a little harder in a couple of years.
