Los Angeles Angels superstar Mike Trout will soon need a new shelf for his growing collection of awards. He might need an entire room to house his latest achievement.
Last year's AL MVP helped unveil a gigantic bobblehead ahead of Friday's opener against the Texas Rangers, when he pulled the curtain back on the 6-foot-2 monstrosity in front of a group of fans at Angel Stadium.

The bobblehead matches Trout's height, but the weight is said to be much heavier.
"It's thick," Angels communications director Eric Kay joked to reporters on Tuesday.
The 23-year-old is in the midst of another spectacular season, batting .303/.395/.602 with 28 homers and an AL-leading 5.5 wins above replacement, according to FanGraphs. Trout recently became the first player in major-league history to win back-to-back All-Star MVP awards.
