VIDEO: Team scores 3 runs on wild pitch in All-America Game

Reid Compton / USA TODAY Sports

Here's something you don't see every day: one pitch, three runs, and no swing was put on the ball.

On Saturday afternoon, Wrigley Field played host to the 2015 Under Armour All-American Game, featuring the top high school prospects from around the U.S. and Canada.

With the home team down 4-2 in the bottom of the fifth, three runs scored on a rather unusual play:

The fastball sailed behind the batters back, naturally scoring the runner from third.

But in an attempt to get the out at home on the runner trying to score from second, all three men on base came around to give the home team a 5-4 lead.
