Lorenzo Cain was a major contributor to the Kansas City Royals' magical run to the World Series a year ago, and he's flexing his muscles once again this postseason.
The outfielder destroyed a Dallas Keuchel offering in the fourth inning of Game 3, sailing one high over the train tracks in left field at Minute Maid Park in Houston.

Cain's blast came on the 10th pitch of his at-bat, and it was only the fifth homer Keuchel allowed at home this year.
"It was a great at-bat," Royals manager Ned Yost said after the 4-2 loss. "Kept fighting off pitches and finally got a pitch he could handle and put it up in the seats. But it was a phenomenal at-bat."
Cain, last year's American League Championship Series MVP, is now 3-for-12 in the series with two runs scored and a walk.
