David Ortiz is set to embark on the final season of his decorated major-league career, but if the writers at "Saturday Night Live" are to be believed, his post-playing days promise to be wildly entertaining.
SNL actor Kenan Thompson delivered a hilarious impression of the Boston Red Sox slugger during the "Weekend Update" segment, describing Ortiz's ridiculous (and fictitious) retirement plans in a thick and exaggerated Dominican accent.
After clobbering 37 homers as a 39-year-old last season, it wouldn't surprise us in the least if Ortiz began dishing out advice on dating, pigeon delicacies, and how to hang out with lizards once his career is over.
