VIDEO: Mets pitchers practice 'Bartolo Colon' flip

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
In that case, New York Mets pitcher Bartolo Colon is probably the most flattered man on the planet.
With spring training officially underway for a majority of MLB teams, the Mets took a few minutes to practice a new drill that may seem familiar to the voluminous Colon.
