It'd be an understatement to say David Ross is playing along with his "Grandpa Rossy" persona.
The Chicago Cubs catcher recently received a scooter from his teammates as a retirement gift, and he decided to put it to good use Monday as he rode it to practice.

The soon-to-be 39-year-old Ross, who announced in February he'll retire at the end of the 2016 campaign, is having his final season comically documented by teammates Kris Bryant and Anthony Rizzo on Instagram.
