Giovinco, Kaka lead preliminary MLS All-Star vote

Major League Soccer's 2016 All-Star roster is taking shape four weeks after voting began, with Sebastian Giovinco, Kaka, Brek Shea and Andre Blake leading the pack in their respective positions thus far.
The MLS All-Stars take on Arsenal in San Jose, and Earthquakes head coach Dominic Kinnear will have a chance to round out the squad with a few other selections after fan voting comes to a close.
