Altidore hits back at Bedoya for saying he 'goes down easy in the box'
Oh boy. We've got a Twitter feud, folks.
Well ... kind of.
Toronto FC forward Jozy Altidore was having none of Alejandro Bedoya's talk after a 2-2 draw between the Reds and the Philadelphia Union, taking to social media to call out his U.S. international teammate for comments made regarding his conduct in the box.
Altidore earned a penalty at the stroke of halftime after being fouled in the box. Bedoya told reporters after the match: "Knowing (Altidore), he tends to go down easy in the box, so let's just leave it at that."
To which the Toronto striker responded:
Nice comment pal @AleBedoya17. You have a lot to say but never to anyones face. Im surprised.. but I shouldn't be.

Bedoya, for his part, immediately attempted to clarify the situation:
It's a shame quotes get taken out of context. All love man. Congrats on your goal and see you soon bro. https://t.co/jPMM5V0z9M
