USWNT stars Rapinoe, Morgan honored with Topps trading cards

United States women's national team co-captains Megan Rapinoe and Alex Morgan are getting their own trading cards.

Rapinoe and Morgan will be among those featured in Topps' 2020 Allen & Ginter Collection, which honors sports and pop culture icons. The collection, which will be released Wednesday, also includes retired USWNT goalkeeper and current Washington Spirit assistant coach Briana Scurry, Baltimore Ravens rookie running back J.K. Dobbins, and legendary NHL announcer Michael "Doc" Emrick.

Rapinoe and Morgan helped lead the national team to its second consecutive World Cup title and record fourth overall last year, defeating the Netherlands 2-0 in the final.
