VIDEO: Didier Drogba scores a hat trick in 1st MLS start for Montreal Impact
Former Chelsea star Didier Drogba scored his first goal for the Montreal Impact at Stade Saputo as his side took on the Chicago Fire, then added two more to record his first-ever hat trick in Montreal blue.
Drogba found the back of the net in the 28th minute after picking up a cross out wide from Nigel Reo-Coker. Drogba used his physical strength, size, and presence to turn over a Fire defender, bowling him over as he controlled the ball.

The rest was easy, as Drogba finished the chance with a well-placed shot past Chicago 'keeper Sean Johnson, giving Montreal a 1-0 lead.
It was Drogba's first goal in his first start for the Impact, but he wasn't just sniffing around the box. The Ivorian international made his presence felt in the first half-hour of the match, winning a number of duels and providing his team with a strong body up top to aim for.
