Georgetown University defender Cole Seiler has a new home at BC Place.
The Vancouver Whitecaps selected Seiler with the 16th overall pick in the draft on Thursday, a move that sees the 6-foot-1 central defender join a team in need for more depth in their back four.

Georgetown University has now seen three of its defenders drafted in the first round of the 2016 MLS SuperDraft, with Joshua Yaro and Keegan Rosenberry heading to the Philadelphia Union.
