Kyle Fisher is heading to Saputo Stadium.
The Montreal Impact selected the Clemson University defender 14th overall in the 2016 MLS SuperDraft, adding a First-Team All-American center-back to their ranks for the 2016 regular season.
Fisher comes into the team with four years of solid play under his belt at Clemson; he started in at least 20 games each and every year since 2012 and has scored six goals in that time, mostly off of corners. His presence in the box - he stands six feet tall - and positional sense make him an ideal prospect for Mauro Biello to groom.
