'Mayhem' Miller loses 1st fight after 4-year layoff
Jason "Mayhem" Miller's return to MMA action after nearly four years away from the sport ended with a whimper.
A day after one of the most egregious failed weigh-ins in combat sports history, the former UFC fighter tapped out to a rear-naked choke from Mattia Schiavolin in the second round of their bout at Venator FC 3 in Milan, Italy:

Schiavolin was pegged as a last-second replacement opponent to meet Miller in a light-heavyweight bout. Miller was supposed to be facing Luke Barnatt at middleweight, but he showed up 24 pounds over the limit.
The 31-year-old Italian had little trouble with Miller, taking his opponent's back in the second round. Miller employed some unorthodox head movement to avoid Schiavolin's ground strikes, which only resulted in him getting caught in the fight-ending choke.

It was the first fight for Miller since a loss to C.B. Dollaway at UFC 146 on May 26, 2012.
