McGregor piles on suspended Mendes: 'You can't put steroids on your chin'

Conor McGregor couldn't help but have some fun with his former foe Chad Mendes.

The two men fought at UFC 189 last July for an interim featherweight title, a bout that McGregor won by 2nd-round TKO.

On Monday, Mendes was issued a two-year suspension from MMA competition for a doping violation. McGregor provided comments to his own site TheMacLife that were decidedly unsympathetic.

“I wonder was he on that stuff when we fought," said McGregor. "One thing I know for sure though, you can't put steroids on your chin."

Unfortunately for Mendes, he won't get a chance to shut McGregor up anytime soon.
