A disgruntled UFC fan has a legal bone to pick with Jon Jones.

According to Bloody Elbow's Paul Gift, Sean Slattery filed a lawsuit against Jones and his representation, First Round Management, in San Diego Superior Court on Aug. 19.

Slattery is accusing them of concealment, negligent misrepresentation, and negligence in Jones' failed drug tests and resulting removal from UFC 200 just three days before the July event.

The plaintiff claims to have bought four tickets for the milestone event, citing Jones as the main reason for the purchase. The complaint states Jones' removal "defrauded the value of the tickets, wherein (Slattery) suffered both economic and non-economic harm."

Slattery adds Jones and his team failed the event's patrons by neglecting to disclose any substances the fighter may have taken to officials, and in lacking due diligence in ensuring whatever he did take did not contain anything banned by the USADA's anti-doping policy.

Jones is currently on suspension for testing positive for an estrogen blocker and aromatase inhibitor, both of which are considered "specified substances" by the World Anti-Doping Agency. Violations related to these substances can be punished by as little as a public warning, to as much as a year-long suspension.

"Bones" will be booked for a hearing sometime this year, and is facing sanctions from both the USADA and the Nevada Athletic Commission.

Slattery, who claims the tickets he bought were non-refundable, is pursuing special, general, and punitive damages, the details of which have yet to be determined.
