Report: UFC layoffs include 4 high-profile executives
Four influential names are reportedly no longer part of the UFC.
Executives Garry Cook, Marshall Zelaznik, Ken Berger, and Jaime Pollack were handed their walking papers Tuesday as part of WME-IMG's significant cuts to its recently acquired property, reports MMAjunkie's Steven Marrocco and John Morgan, citing sources within the UFC.

Stationed in Las Vegas, Cook was the UFC's chief global brand officer and head of international business development. He appeared to be an executive on the rise after being promoted to the position two years ago.
Zelaznik, Berger, and Pollack were also key figures in the UFC's international enterprises. It was Zelaznik who established an office in London, and he was a driving force behind the creation of the Fight Pass online service.
Berger was the executive vice president and general manager of Asia, while Pollack was removed from his position of senior vice president of global content after 12 years with the organization.
The layoffs come in the wake of the recent departures of UFC matchmaker Joe Silva, UFC Brazil head Giovani Decker, and vice president of public relations Dave Sholler.
