Sage Northcutt showed off his strength Tuesday on Instagram by ripping apart an apple with his bare hands.

The 20-year-old, whose next fight is against Mickey Gall at UFC on FOX 22 in December, is also very skilled at flipping hay bales and rolling up frying pans:
