Bader demonstrates nude wrestling technique

The veteran UFC light heavyweight (currently in the midst of free agency) took to Twitter on Thursday to share some of the wrestling secrets that won him three conference titles during his days at Arizona State University. That training apparently involves stripping down to your birthday suit and finding a willing partner to practice working on takedown defense in the most awkward circumstance imaginable.
