While many have been quick to poke fun at Paige VanZant for posting a provocative video showcasing the new Reebok collection on social media, the strawweight hasn't let the criticism get to her.

"Actually, I haven't seen anything that people responded, so I post things and just kinda forget about it," VanZant said with a laugh, according to MMAFighting.com's Guilherme Cruz. "Definitely it was funny. I never anticipated that kind of reaction, so I had no idea. My manager, my mom, somebody told me about it. But, no, I just thought it was funny."

VanZant insisted the video, which was quickly deleted, was her idea entirely.

"I pretty much kind of do whatever I want," she said. "It was me being funny, I thought."

The 23-year-old, who is 4-2 inside the UFC octagon, said it wasn't her that deleted the video, but she made a guess at who did.

"No, I didn't even delete it," she said. "Somebody else, I don't know how. I think my mom deleted it, so it's my mom being a mom."
