MMA fighter and American Top Team member Aaron Rajman died on Monday after he was shot following an altercation at his home in Boca Raton, Fla.

Rajman was 25 years old.

The news was first reported by Wayne K. Roustan and Adam Sacasa of the Sun Sentinel and later confirmed by CNN.

On Monday evening, several men entered Rajman's house and an argument ensued, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. Rajman was shot and the men then drove away. No motive has been discovered.

A Facebook page focused on covering MMA in South Florida posted a brief dedication to Rajman on Tuesday:

ATT teammate and UFC strawweight Tecia Torres posted her own tribute to Rajman on Instagram:

"I'm just literally at a loss for words. Everyone I talked to is sickened," Miami fight promoter Dave Zalewski told the Sun Sentinel. "He was the most humble guy around, he never talked bad about people."

Rajman compiled an 8-1 amateur record before turning pro in 2014, where he went 2-2.
