Ovince Saint Preux kept the show going at the pace set by UFC 217's first fight Saturday night.
The veteran light heavyweight landed a stunning knockout on Corey Anderson with a picture-perfect head kick at the 1:25 mark of the third round.
Making the win all the more impressive, Saint Preux (22-10) took the fight on short notice after defeating Yushin Okami by first-round submission on Sept. 23. Anderson (9-4) was originally scheduled to face the UFC's 10th-ranked light heavyweight Patrick Cummins, who pulled out with a staph infection.
