Watch: Gabi Garcia misses weight by 26 pounds against 53-year-old opponent
Just a couple of days ahead of RIZIN's two-day New Year's Eve event in Japan, Gabi Garcia is causing more problems in the combat sports world:

Garcia missed weight by nearly 27 pounds on Thursday, checking in at close to 237 pounds, rather than her contracted weight of 209, according to Anton Tabuena of Bloody Elbow.

Garcia's opponent is 53-year-old Shinobu Kandori, who came in at 162.25 pounds. A difference of roughly 75 pounds.
Kandori screamed at Garcia before departing the stage, noticing the differences in weight. RIZIN head Nobuyuki Sakakibara hasn't made an official announcement on the fight's status, though he was upset and said the fight cannot continue on, according to Eric Kowal of MMA News.
