Bisping: I'm retired ... unless I get a good offer

Joe Camporeale / USA TODAY Sports

Michael Bisping is leaning more toward retirement than a retirement bout.

The UFC middleweight vet has been considering his options for one final fight since his most recent appearance in the Octagon in November. He's been called out on countless occasions and has suggested some matchups he'd agree to, but Bisping's ready to admit his career has likely run its course.

"I'm retired unless such a good offer comes through - I'm retired, I am. I just haven't made it official," Bisping said on his podcast.

Bisping lost his middleweight title to Georges St-Pierre on Nov. 4, then lost via TKO to Kelvin Gastelum three weeks later. Luke Rockhold, Jorge Masvidal, and Gokhan Saki are among the fighters that have since called Bisping out, but the 39-year-old has no interest in those bouts.

"I have no intention of fighting, let's be honest. I'm retired. I haven't made it official yet but I'm probably retired," he said.

"Now, of course, when I say probably, that still gives me a window to come back, but I'm probably retired."
