Daniel Cormier surprised a woman and her son at a restaurant on Thursday when he paid for their $300 bill.
Pete Guzman told TMZ Sports that he and his mother, Rosario, were celebrating her birthday at a Japanese restaurant in Monterey, Calif. when Cormier and his family were seated at their hibachi table. The Cormiers posed for pictures with Pete and Rosario, and joined in a rendition of "Happy Birthday."
Rosario is battling stage 4 cancer, but Pete said she never mentioned that to Cormier. The UFC star also left Rosario a handwritten note and autograph.

"My mom was loving every second of it," Pete said.
