UFC Hall of Famer Randy Couture reportedly suffered a heart attack Wednesday but is expected to make a full recovery, sources told TMZ.
Couture, 56, experienced discomfort following a workout and checked himself into a Los Angeles hospital, TMZ adds. The former two-division champion reportedly remains in intensive care while he recovers.
The Las Vegas native has kept busy since retiring from fighting in April 2011 following a loss to Lyoto Machida at UFC 129. He's found acting work -appearing in all three installments of "The Expendables" - and competed on "Dancing With The Stars" in 2014. Currently, the Xtreme Couture MMA founder provides commentary for the Professional Fighters League.
