White: UFC London proceeding with fans in attendance
UFC London on March 21 will proceed as planned with fans in attendance, president Dana White told ESPN's SportsCenter Thursday night.
"As of right now, that event is moving forward," he said.
"We're working closely with the government if there are any changes over there," White added.
The event will feature a welterweight bout between former champion Tyron Woodley and Leon Edwards.
There have been several changes to the UFC's schedule amid the coronavirus outbreak. There will be no spectators present for the promotion's event in Brasilia, Brazil on Saturday. UFC Columbus and UFC Portland, scheduled for March 28 and April 11, respectively, have been moved to the UFC Apex facility in Las Vegas, White confirmed Thursday.
The pandemic has also forced many other sports leagues to shut down operations in the past 24 hours, including the NBA, NHL, and MLB.
