The incident was captured on video, in which Perry can be heard saying the N-word multiple times.
It took place at Table 82 in Lubbock, Texas, according to TMZ Sports.
There were three victims, and though Perry was questioned by police at the scene, he was not arrested, Steven Marrocco of MMA Fighting reports.
Perry was charged with Class A assault and could face a fine of $500, Marrocco adds.
The fighter took to Twitter on Wednesday night to provide a short statement.
He owns a 14-6 professional record and most recently earned a unanimous-decision victory over Mickey Gall on June 27.
