Rising heavyweight Greg Hardy finished Maurice Greene via second-round TKO at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas. The stoppage came at 1:12.

Hardy knocked Greene down with a left punch. The former NFL player then jumped on his opponent, took his back, and attacked with ground-and-pound. Greene moved around, trying to avoid Hardy's biggest shots. But Hardy continued to punish Greene, and referee Herb Dean stopped the bout.

Hardy also hurt Greene less than 30 seconds into the fight. He landed ground-and-pound and spent a couple of minutes in top control, but Greene returned to his feet.

Hardy extended his winning streak to two with the victory, which featured his first finish since July 2019.

Greene has now lost three of his last four bouts.
