Tybura hands Hardy 1st TKO loss of career
Greg Hardy suffered the first stoppage loss of his career at Saturday's UFC Fight Night.
The former NFL player fell to Marcin Tybura via TKO in the opening main-card bout. The finish came at 4:31 of the second round at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.
Tybura took Hardy down with about 90 seconds left in the frame. A few moments later, he started to open up and pummeled Hardy with ground-and-pound. Hardy failed to improve his position, forcing the referee to intervene.

Hardy had a strong start to the contest, piecing Tybura up on the feet with crisp punches in the first round.
With the defeat, Hardy dropped to 4-3 (1 NC) in the UFC and 7-3 (1 NC) overall. His previous losses came by way of decision and disqualification.
Meanwhile, Tybura has won four straight fights.
