Jake Paul upped his professional boxing record to a perfect 6-0 with an eight-round decision victory over MMA icon Anderson Silva at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona.

The three judges scored the bout 77-74, 78-73, 78-73, all in favor of Paul.

"The Problem Child" scored the lone knockdown of the fight, sending Silva to the canvas in the final round. It was just the second time that the 47-year-old's been knocked down in the ring. The last time it happened to Silva was in 1998, during his first professional boxing match.

"It's tough to come in here and fight with a young kid," Silva said postfight, according to Shakiel Mahjouri of CBS Sports. "I trained hard, and I did my best. Jake was the better fighter today. ... I think people need to respect this kid."

For Paul, the grueling eight-round bout was both the biggest test and the most entertaining fight of his young career. He's now won two of his six fights by decision.

Following the fight, Paul called out another MMA star, Nate Diaz, and challenged him to a fight.

"I want Nate Diaz. He's a bitch," Paul said, according to Damon Martin of MMAFighting.com. "He tried to come into my locker room. He tried to cause some shit. Then he always leaves the fucking arena. Nate Diaz, stop being a bitch and fight me."
